The Will of Bethuel Tubbs of Woodhull, Steuben Co. N.Y.

To the Surrogate of the County of Steuben
The petition of Cynthia Tubbs
Respectfully sheweth
That your petitioner is the Executrix named in the last will and testament of Bethuel Tubbs late of the town of Woodhull in the said County deceased and is desirous to have proof thereof taken according to law. And your petitioner further sheweth that she has caused notices to be served on Esther Thomas the wife of Abner Thomas, Bethuel Tubbs, Zebulon Tubbs, Joseph Tubbs, Cynthia Rice the wife of Levi Rice, Mary Smith the wife of Peter Smith, Elizabeth Marlatt the wife of Abraham Marlatt, Sarah Granger the wife of Daniel Granger heirs of the said deceased and has also caused the same to be published in the State paper as well more fully appear by affidavits of such service and publication which your petitioner will produce to this Court at the time assigned for the hearing of this matter -
Your petitioner therefore prays that she may be permitted to produce before this Court the subscribing witnesses to said will and such other necessary proof as by this Court may be deemed proper and your petitioner will ever pray etc. -
