George is most likely the father of Jacob, both coming from Pennsylvania. There was also a brother of Jacob's named Peter, who is mentioned in George's will. The executor of George's will was Henry - another son? Are both Henry and Peter living with George in this census? Is perhaps Daniel another son of George?
By 1820, George has died, and his widow may be living with Henry. By 1830, Henry has died, with no living descendants. John and Benjamin are sons of Jacob.
William and John Rail are sons of Jacob; D. and J. Riggle most likely are Daniel and his father Jacob; B. and J. Riggle most likely are Benjamin and John, sons of Jacob.
John is the son of Jacob. His daughter is married to E. A. Dumont.
Dan and William are sons of Jacob.

Rev. Jacob is son of Jacob of Seneca Co., and Henry is son of Daniel Rail (see 1810), born in Seneca Co.
Elizabeth Riegel, daughter of Jacob, is the widow of John Wolf, with one surviving child - John. Hannah Wolf is the widow of William Wolf.
Elizabeth is the widow of Rev. Jacob.
Samuel is son of Benjamin Reigel/Rail and Susan Mohler of Penn. They have some unknown connection to Seneca Co.
